01Is joining the SmartApp partner program free?
Yes, it is completely free. Registration, obtaining a referral link, and using it — none of these cost anything.
02When will my referral link be ready?
Your referral link is ready immediately after registration in your personal dashboard.
03When does the commission get credited to my account?
The commission is calculated after the customer you referred makes a qualifying SmartApp plan payment. There is a 72-hour 'pending' period, after which it moves to your balance.
04What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal limit is $5.
05What payment methods are available?
You can withdraw via Bank card (AZN), Binance Pay, and USDT (BNB, TRC, BASE).
06How many people can I refer?
There is no limit. The more successful referrals you make, the more you earn.
07Which businesses can I refer?
SmartApp is primarily suited for restaurants, cafes, fast-food outlets, gaming halls, PlayStation halls, PC halls, Xbox halls, and entertainment centers. Retail stores and multi-branch businesses can also use SmartApp.
08Can I increase my commission rate?
Yes. The program has 3 levels: Starter (20%), Partner (25%), and Elite (30%). Your level upgrades automatically as your successful referral count grows.
09What is SmartApp?
SmartApp is a SaaS management platform for businesses such as restaurants, cafes, and gaming halls. It combines POS, QR menu, KDS (kitchen display), inventory tracking, and analytics modules.
10Can I pause the partner program?
Yes, you can deactivate your account at any time. Accumulated commissions are paid according to program terms.
11Can I track the payments of customers I referred?
Yes. In your personal dashboard, you can see all referred customers, their registration dates, payment status, and commission information.
12What happens in cases of fraud?
Our system has automatic monitoring mechanisms. If false or fraudulent referrals are detected, the account may be suspended and accumulated commissions may be voided.
