AFFILIATE RULES

This document defines the working mechanism and terms of use of the SmartApp Affiliate program.

1. General Conditions

The SmartApp Affiliate Program is intended only for registered users who have accepted the rules. Ethical rules and platform standards must be followed during affiliate activities.

2. Commission Calculation and Approval

Commissions are calculated based on the "Smart plans" purchased by customers registered via your referral link:

A percentage is calculated when customers registered via the referral link purchase any Smart plan.
72 hours after the purchase of the Smart plan, the percentage amount (commission) is approved and transferred to the customer account (available balance).
During these 72 hours, the funds remain in "pending" status.

3. Balance Types (AZN and USD)

There are two independent balances in the system: AZN balance and USD balance.

Commissions earned from customers paying in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) are accumulated in the AZN balance.
For users purchasing subscriptions in dollars (USD), the commission is calculated in dollars and transferred to the USD balance.
Transfers or currency conversion between balances (AZN and USD) are strictly prohibited.

4. Withdrawal Rules and Security Verification

To withdraw approved commissions, partners must comply with the following rules and security verification steps:

The minimum withdrawal limit for both AZN and USD balances is 5 AZN (or equivalent currency).
Supported bank cards for AZN balance withdrawals: Birbank (Kapital Bank), ABB (International Bank of Azerbaijan), Leobank, and Other local banks (with bank name specified). Funds are sent directly to the partner’s 16-digit card number.
Supported cryptocurrency payout methods for USD balance withdrawals: Binance Pay (Binance ID) or USDT (Networks: Base, BNB Smart Chain - BEP20, and TRON - TRC20).
Payout methods must be added and saved securely in the partner dashboard prior to requesting a withdrawal.
Two-Factor Email Confirmation: For maximum security, a confirmation link is sent to the partner’s registered email upon every withdrawal request. The link must be confirmed within 24 hours to proceed with processing. Only confirmed requests are dispatched to financial processing.
Once email verification is confirmed, funds are processed and transferred within 24 hours.

5. Partnership Tiers and Targets

The affiliate's tier and commission rate upgrade automatically based on the number of successful customer referrals:

Starter: 20% commission — 0-50 successful referrals
Partner: 25% commission — 51-100 successful referrals
Elite: 30% commission — 101+ successful referrals
